Every girl deserves the chance to play sports and not be treated like a second-class citizen. Title IX is a federal law that requires schools to provide equal opportunity for girls in the classroom and on the playing field.

Thirty-five years after enactment of Title IX, girls are still given fewer opportunities to participate in sports and, when they do play, are not given equal treatment.

Help hold your local schools accountable by signing the Fair Play Now! Pledge. Our goal is to recruit 3,000 new Title IX supporters who will take action to ensure that girls have equal access to play and enjoy the benefits of sports.
