End Wage Discrimination: Pass the Paycheck Fairness Act

I Deserve Equal Pay On Jan. 29, 2009, President Obama signed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act into law. Now it is time to move on to the Paycheck Fairness Act. The bill also allows women to receive the same remedies for sex-based pay discrimination that are currently available to those subject to discrimination based on race and national origin. Learn more about the issue or take action now to support the Paycheck Fairness Act.
